Two tokens share a ticker? Put both on the desk. The real one usually has orders of magnitude more holders, liquidity and an older first pool.
MODEL TM-4 · FOUR-CHANNEL TOKEN COMPARATOR
Tokenmeter lines up to four Solana tokens on a single mixing console — price, market cap, liquidity, volume, holders, authority flags — so you can see in one glance which one is loud and which one is just noise.
Tuning in to Jupiter price feed…
Type a mint address or a ticker in each channel, then press Meter. Leave a channel empty to mute it. Tickers are resolved to the most liquid match — always check the mint.
Each axis is scaled 0–10. Liquidity, volume, holders and market cap use a log scale (e.g. liquidity $1k → 0, $1B → 10). Organic is Jupiter's organic score ÷ 10. Safety = 3.5 if mint authority is off + 3.5 if freeze authority is off + 3 × (1 − top-holder share).

Prices, market data, holders and audit flags: Jupiter Tokens API. Pools, DEX and 24h transactions: DexScreener (first 30 pools only).
What happens between pressing Meter and the needles moving.
Each channel takes a mint (exact) or a ticker. Tickers go to Jupiter's token search and the most liquid match wins — with alternatives shown so you can re-patch.
Jupiter returns price, market cap, FDV, liquidity, holder count, organic score, 24h stats and audit flags for the mint in one request.
DexScreener adds the pool view: how many pools, which DEX holds the deepest one and how many trades crossed in 24 hours.
Values are log-scaled onto VU meters and a six-axis radar so a $50k token and a $5B token can sit on the same scale honestly.

A $40M market cap on $30k of liquidity means the price is fragile. The Vol / Liq and liquidity meters make that mismatch obvious.
Green LEDs mean mint and freeze authority are revoked. Amber means someone can still mint more or freeze accounts — fine for USDC, worth asking about for a meme.
Compare the leaders of a niche — liquid-staking tokens, memes, DeFi governance — and see who actually has users versus who has a chart.
A high top-holder share means a few wallets can move the market. The Safety axis folds this in with authority flags.
The address bar remembers your channels, so you can bookmark or share a comparison. Nothing is stored on any server.
The numbers on the desk are easy to misread. Here's what each one actually measures on Solana.
Market cap is price × circulating supply; fully diluted valuation (FDV) is price × total supply. When they differ, tokens are locked, vesting or held by a treasury and may reach the market later. Both are mark-to-market figures: they assume every token could be sold at the last price, which is never true for large holders.
Liquidity is the USD value sitting in AMM pools and order books that can absorb trades. It, not market cap, decides how much a sale moves the price. A rough rule on a single constant-product pool: selling tokens worth 1% of the pool's total liquidity pushes the price down by roughly 4% (2% more tokens in the reserve, squared), before fees. Liquidity can also be withdrawn by whoever provided it unless the LP tokens are locked or burned.
24h volume counts traded value in both directions. A ratio of daily volume to liquidity above ~5× suggests very active or bot-driven trading; near zero means a quiet market. Volume can be inflated by wash trading, so Jupiter also reports an organic score that tries to discount bot-like activity.
Holder count is the number of token accounts with a non-zero balance. One person can own many wallets, and exchanges hold thousands of users in one account, so treat it as a breadth signal, not a head count.
Every SPL token mint has an optional mint authority (can create new supply) and freeze authority (can freeze any holder's token account). Revoking them is permanent. Stablecoins like USDC keep both for regulatory reasons; for most community tokens, live authorities are a risk you should understand before holding.
Tokens created with the Token-2022 program can carry extensions such as transfer fees, transfer hooks or a permanent delegate. The spec sheet shows which program a token uses; check extensions before trading a Token-2022 asset.

Tickers aren't unique on Solana — anyone can create a token called anything. Tokenmeter picks the most liquid match and lists alternatives under the channel. Paste the mint address for an exact match.
Jupiter's token index. It counts token accounts with a balance, which can include exchange, program and pool accounts.
Meters are log-scaled between fixed limits so tokens of very different sizes fit on one scale. Values outside the range pin at the ends — the exact number is always printed under the meter.
No. It's a transparent formula from three public facts (mint authority, freeze authority, top-holder share). It can't see team behaviour, contract upgrades, off-chain promises or extension risks.
DexScreener's public endpoint returns at most 30 pools per token. Large tokens often have many more.
Never. Tokenmeter is read-only: no wallet connection, no signing, no accounts, no tracking.
Only when you press Meter. The hero meters refresh SOL, JUP and BONK every 30 seconds while the tab is visible.
